- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 45 mlCream of coconut
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 30 mlLime juice

Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and mint sprigs.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
