- 15 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 45 mlCream of coconut
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 30 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Dust with freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
