Ingredients
- 1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
- 60 mlCitrus vodka
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of cucumber peel.
- 3(Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping). MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients.
- 5SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
