Ingredients
- 45 mlMezcal
- 15 mlBourbon whiskey
- 10 mlOrgeat syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 1 dashXocolatl mole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and grated cinnamon.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Dust with freshly grated cinnamon.
