Ingredients
- 30 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
- 15 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 15 mlFalernum liqueur
- 45 mlPineapple juice
- 20 mlLime juice
- 10 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 2.5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 2.5 mlPassion fruit syrup
- 4 dashAbsinthe
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

Select and pre-chill a ZOMBIE OR COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

DRY BLEND (without ice) first 13 ingredients on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.

Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.

POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
